Kaela Kay Flagship Store Opens in Toronto

Founder and Owner of Kaela Kay, Catherine Boadu-Addai had a dream to open a boutique in Toronto and it has finally come true. Kaela Kay now offers ready-made pieces, custom services and private shopping experiences at its very own location where African fashion can be easily accessible and positively represented. For African fashion lovers particularly in Ontario, this is a welcome development.

Boadu-Addai who resigned from her corporate career less than two years ago recounts her experiences with getting the flagship store open calling it a “whirlwind of movement” but is thankful for all the love, support and kind words she has received ever since. What this means is that African fashion will be much more accessible in Toronto and Ontario as a whole than it was before with new styles loading regularly for all occasions including prom, graduation, bridal, work, and maternity.

Their super popular Lucite purses are back in stock at the Kaela Kay flagship store starting this weekend and if you are not sure of what to buy, you can purchase one of these with a matching headwrap or skirt. They are available in six chic new prints with a gold chain and are the right pop of print to dress up your wardrobe. Hurry! Limited quantities are available.

The new Kaela Kay flagship store is multi-functional, also serving as a fulfillment centre for processing and shipping out online orders faster. Custom or bespoke services will however, still remain for online clients. The new store is located close to Yorkdale Mall at 857 Wilson Ave, North York, Ontario. CANADA. M3K 1E2. Store hours are Tuesday to Friday, 12p.m. to 6p.m. and Saturday from 11a.m. to 6p.m.

I love every single piece! I don’t wear a lot of color myself, yet this post has me questioning my style choices. I think it is time to add some flavor. Thanks for showing us this lovely store 🙂

Hey Natalia, a pop of colour is always a good recipe for a fabulous outfit. The key is to select the colours that best suit your skin tone and never be afraid to try something new! 🙂
